Handle Material Options

We support PMS spot color printing. Please note color difference may still happen on different paper materials.

Printing color deviation within industry acceptable range is unavoidable. If you have strict color requirement, please provide physical color sample or PMS color number.

Various handle materials are available for your custom tote bags, including paper rope, cotton rope, woven tape and canvas . Different materials vary in texture, strength and appearance. You may pick handles according to your bag application, load-bearing requirement and brand positioning to achieve your ideal finished-look.

Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a professional manufacturer specialized in custom printed packaging products, including gift boxes, paper bags, labels and hang tags. OEM & ODM orders are welcome.

Q2: What products can you customize?

A: Custom gift boxes, paper shopping bags, hang tags, stickers, paper cards and related printed packaging. We support different structures: magnetic closure boxes, rigid boxes, lid-base boxes, folding boxes etc.

Q3: Can I get a sample before bulk order?

A: Yes. Custom samples are available with sample cost. Sample lead-time is 3-7 working days. Sample fee can be partially refunded when bulk order quantity meets our requirement.

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: MOQ depends on product type. For rigid gift boxes, MOQ starts from 500 pcs. Small trial orders are acceptable, unit price will be higher accordingly.

Q5: Can I mix different designs in one order?

A: Normally one design per batch. Multiple designs are allowed with higher total MOQ, please contact us for details.

Q6: What file format should I provide for printing?

A: AI, PDF, CDR vector files are preferred. High-resolution PNG (300DPI) is also acceptable. Please ensure files include bleed and safe margin.

Q7: What printing & finishing options do you offer?

A: CMYK offset printing, PMS color printing. Finishing: hot stamping, UV coating, matte/gloss lamination, embossing, debossing, spot UV.

Q8: Will the finished color 100% match my screen?

A: Screen display differs from physical printing. We follow Pantone standard for color reference. We can send physical sample for color confirmation before mass production.

Q9: How can I get an exact quotation?

A: Please send us product size, structure, material, finishing, quantity and artwork. We will quote within 24 working hours.

Q10: What payment terms do you accept?

A: T/T is our main term: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, balance before shipment. Other terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.
